What it does
Private assistant
Chat with a capable AI model that runs on your own computer. Neural Core ships with one bundled open-weight model, so there is nothing extra to download and nothing leaves your device.
File Organizer: plan, approve, undo
Point Neural Core at a folder you choose. It proposes a plan (new folders, moves and renames) and shows you every change. Nothing happens until you approve it, and you can undo the last batch with one click.
Safe by design
Neural Core can only see the folders you grant it. It cannot permanently delete files; anything removed goes to the Trash or Recycle Bin. Every action is checked again just before it runs.
No network
On macOS, Neural Core runs in the App Sandbox without network access. It has no telemetry, no analytics and no cloud features.

For organizations
Neural Core is being designed for managed deployment: silent installation, managed settings, and no outbound network connections to allow-list. We plan to publish Intune deployment guides alongside the Windows release. To join a pilot, contact us.
The model inside
Neural Core’s on-device model is also called Neural Core. It is powered by NVIDIA Nemotron 3.5 Lightning 30B-A3B (a GGUF quantization), used under the OpenMDW License Agreement 1.1, and runs with the open-source llama.cpp library.
